Hani (Al) Mansour
Founder, CEO & Managing Partner of Mansour Companies. Hani’s diversified professional experience in various sectors of Commercial Real Estate include, Grocery Wholesale Business, Movie/Video Rental Industry, Credit Card Processing and Wireless Retail. Multiple decades of experience have earned him a reputation for being a versatile innovative entrepreneur. His high acute business acumen has made him a sought-after commodity for some of the largest corporations in the country.
Clint Mansour
Founder, CEO & Managing Partner of Mansour Companies. Clint graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He then went on to receive his J.D. from Thomas Cooley Law School in 2005. Clint's diverse Commercial Real Estate Portfolio has provided him a unique ability for identifying, locating, branding and expanding business that include, Wireless Retail, National Franchises and Hospitality. Clint manages his portfolio though his growing private equity holding company called Mansour Companies LLC headquartered in Birmingham, MI and remains passionate about strategically expanding his business brands and portfolio.
Steven Kalabat
Mr. Kalabat brings over 30 years senior level experience in real estate, merchant banking and private equity. Mr. Kalabat began his career serving as Vice President of Business Development at Rosscape, Inc., of Beverly Hills, CA and functioned as a leading principal in originating acquisition and development finance for multi-billion dollar infrastructure and energy related projects worldwide. Mr. Kalabat also served as managing principal in Alomar and Associates of Beverly Hills, CA in the $4 billion Daewoo Electronics buyout syndication deal. As Managing Principal of Kalabat Development Group, Inc. of Bloomfield Hills, MI, he was responsible for growing his holdings through acquisition, development and management of commercial real estate property. Since 2000, Mr. Kalabat grew his real estate holdings from start-up to over 3 million square feet of commercial real estate property with his close syndicate of real estate partners and private equity capital.
Mr. Kalabat has an MBA with concentrations in finance and international finance, while attending Depaul University and University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. He received Graduate with Distinction Award, which is the top academic honor award, and Delta Mu Delta Honors Society.
